Oct 18, 2004 · I am setting up a VPN to test and I have a Win2000 Server and an XP Home workstation. The Server is a domain controller, and the XP Home PC is SP2, just a home computer on a workgroup. I configured a VPN in RRAS on the W2k server, following the MS Help files. I can connect to it via the VPN wizard on XP Home.
